Will it actually look like the photo?

We always aim to match the photo as closely as we can. If you pick "As Displayed", that's exactly what our florists work from — but flowers are a natural product, so on the rare occasion a colour or bloom isn't available, we'll only swap it out for something just as beautiful, and we'll try to check with you first if the change is significant. Choose a different colour and we'll use the same style of arrangement in your chosen shade.

Can you deliver today?

Yes — order by 2pm on weekdays, 2pm on Saturday and 12pm on Sunday, and we'll get it there same day.

What time will it arrive?

Standard deliveries land between 9am and 5pm for businesses, or 7pm for homes. We can't promise an exact time, but pop a note in "special delivery instructions" at checkout (e.g. "afternoon please") and we'll do our best. Need it there before noon? Choose 'express' at checkout (not every suburb, sorry).

Does a gift card come with it?

Every order gets a free card tucked neatly inside an envelope. Want something extra special? We've got a range of gift cards you can add at checkout.

How much is delivery?

From $14.90, depending on how far you are from Preston. Outer suburbs cost a little more, but we keep it as low as we can.
